The key ingredient On this recipe is, obviously, chiles! I’ve made it with two differing kinds of dried chiles, guajillo (pictured previously mentioned) and ancho. The ancho chili powder is simply somewhat spicier compared to the guajillo one; equally types of chiles are quite mild.
